Nanny Requirements

• Background checks
• Must provide proof of a recent medical exam & TB screening
• Motor vehicle check for tickets, accidents or suspended license
• Verification of past employment & education
• Personal & Professional reference checks
• Legal documentation of US citizenship or green card verification
• Initial phone screening with a Neighborhood Nanny representative
• Face to face interview with a Neighborhood Nanny representative
• Previous nanny or childcare experience
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to attend & complete a training upon hire)

Nannies are not assessed a fee. Services for potential nannies is free of charge…
