Dana Micheli, owner
As a former director of a corporate childcare facility and a nanny myself, I have over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. As the manager of a childcare facility, I was in charge of interviewing and hiring of childcare providers to care for infants –preschool age children. Finding a quality caregiver for children is something that I take very seriously. I also have experience working with parents to fit the needs of their families and know what works for some families doesn’t necessarily work for all. . Throughout college, I nannied for several families and had the privilege to care for their children and watch them flourish and grow. This year, I recently became a mother to a beautiful baby boy named Carter. Having Carter has been an amazing experience and has given me a new perspective as a parent.  I can appreciate how important it is for parents to find a reliable nanny that meets your specific expectations.

Hello, I am thrilled to be a part of Neighborhood Nannies and excited to work with Dana to help find the very best nannies for all the families we are working for.

I started my career in childcare facility as a teacher's assistant and worked my way all the way up to being an Assistant Director. One of my responsibilities as the Assistant Director was to interview and hire exceptional childcare providers. I have also worked as a nanny and babysitter for many families throughout high school and college. The lasting relationships that have been built have been rewarding for the parents, the children, and me! I look forward to working with you!

Commitment to families…
Our goal is to offer families a unique level of attention and superb consultative services. We realize that the process of hiring a nanny can be very overwhelming. Neighborhood Nannies want to partner up with parents and help them make this a positive and rewarding experience.
